Jim Bostic, Th.D

Jim Bostic is the Executive Director of the Nepperhan Community Center, Inc. (NCC), where he provides the overall vision and leadership for the organization and is in charge of the overall daily operations. This includes ensuring the delivery of leadership team and staff, generating the financial and other resources required to operate on an annual and long-term basis, developing relationships with current and potential funders and recruitment partners, and cultivating relationships with both board members and major donors to the organization. He provides leadership to over 300 employees and volunteers that supervise over 30 programs and services. Jim is a graduate of Gorton High School, New Mexico State University majoring in Personnel Management, and a BA Degree in Ministry from Bible Way Institute of New England and his Masters and Doctorate in Theology from Open Bible Institute & Theological Seminary. Jim has received over 30 certificates of recognition, and awards, and is inducted into 5 sports hall of Fame. Dr. Bostic sits on over 10 Boards of Trustees, and Commissions statewide. He is happily married with 2 children and three grandchildren.
