In order to be included in the Library’s digital online repository, all senior projects, senior capstones, and master’s theses must be submitted to the Purchase College Library archives via the Student Project Portal, a submission system within MyHeliotrope. The deadline is Tuesday 5/12/2026.
Librarians are here to help and will walk you through the process of submitting your student projects. Please join us for any of the following workshops:

In-person in LIB 1004C and online, hybrid drop-in workshops:
- Mon 4/27, 11am to 12:30pm
- Wed 4/29, 2:15pm to 3:45pm
- Fri 5/8, 11am to 12:30pm.
- Online only, drop-in workshops:
- Tues 5/5, 1pm to 2:30pm
- Tues 5/12, 7pm to 9pm

Check out the Student Project Guide for step-by-step instructions. The guide walks you through setting up your Portal space, adding your second reader, and uploading your final project. Take a look at this video tutorial for additional step-by-step instructions. The guide also provides instructions for first and second readers.
