Treat your ears! CDs by Purchase Jazz Studies faculty are on display in the Library’s Music Collection in celebration of two decades of the jazz program at Purchase.
In celebration of over two decades of the Jazz Studies program at Purchase, the Library has on display selected recorded works of the Jazz Studies faculty, present and past, in the 1st floor Music Collection. Featured CDs showcase artist photographs, liner notes, and lustrous artwork & packaging.
Some of the featured faculty include: Pete Malinverni, Todd Coolman, Alexis Cole, Jon Faddis, Doug Munro, Phil Moffa, Ingrid Jensen, as well as Joe Ferry (emeritus), and John Abercrombie and James Moody (deceased).
All items are available for checkout. The display will run for the next two weeks.
