Developing Accessible Courses
New faculty will learn how to avoid many of the accessibility pitfalls of teaching using Moodle, strengthen your course content for long-term use, and get needed support in your efforts.
Rebecca Oling, Interim Director of Digital Accessibility, will show you the typical barriers we see in courses. Can you identify and remediate them in your own course materials? If you can’t do it yourself, will you know where to go to get support and help? We will ensure the answers are a strong “YES” and we will give you tips to avoid these problems going forward.
