    CTS Technical Support Moving to Microsoft Teams

    Starting Wednesday, November 5, CTS Technical Support will transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams for online assistance.

    • To speak with someone online, please visit the CTS website and click the “Live Help” button.
    • To reach us by phone, dial 1-929-229-2890 and enter Conference ID: 438160556#

    During this transition, the old Zoom support room and the x6465 extension will provide messaging with the new instructions.

     

    In-person assistance is also available in the Social Sciences Building, Room 0025 (basement level).
