Crismelly Morales, Esq ’15
Crismelly Morales ’15 is an attorney and founder of the Law Office of Crismelly Morales, Esq., P.C.
The practice focuses on the challenges and uncertainties faced by immigrants and on a wide array of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, relief for immigrant children, removal defense, citizenship and naturalization processes, and assistance for victims of crime seeking immigration relief.
Her passion for immigration law is rooted in her own immigration story. Morales was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and migrated to the United States in 2009. She became a naturalized citizen in 2015.
She started her career as an associate at a prestigious immigration and personal injury law firm in New Jersey, where she primarily represented individuals facing removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Morales worked as a paralegal for nine years for a well-respected immigration attorney in Rockland County, NY while attending college and law school. She also worked for several years at a renowned matrimonial law firm in Rockland County as a paralegal.
Morales received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
Morales is a member of the Rockland Community College Foundation Board.
