Jackson has had recurring roles on HBO’s Flight Attendant, STARZ’s Run the World, CBS’s Blue Bloods, NBC’s Manifest, Freeform’s The Bold Type, and Showtimes’s Ray Donovan.

Guest starring roles include CBS’ Bull, Netflix’s Black Mirror and The Get Down, Showtime’s Nurse Jackie, NBC’s Law and Order: SVU, ABC’s Forever, and the pilot of NBC’s The Mysteries of Laura.

Starting in commercials (over 50!), Jackson was cast in the NBC Diversity Showcase, which transitioned her into film and TV roles. 

Film

Jackson plays Bells in the upcoming TV movie Constance (along with Victor Cruz ’03) and appears in the romantic comedy Space Cadet (2024) alongside Emma Roberts, Poppy Liu, and Gabrielle Union.

She had a lead role in Killer Among Us (2021), and supporting roles include The Hating Game (2021), Clifford the Big Red Dog (2021), and Little Boxes (2016).

On stage, Jackson most recently played Gail in the Vineyard Theatre Off-Broadway Premiere Production of This Land Was Made in 2023 (below).

Jackson was the voice of Tanisha Jackson in Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V.

Originally from Washington, DC, Jackson graduated from Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
