Sebnem Erim

Sebnem Erim is Head of Global Innovation for AB Inbev.

Previously, she was Vice President, Marketing of Global Foods Group at PepsiCo, serving as a key member of the leadership team charged with formulating strategic direction and the development of consumer centric strategic plans for PepsiCo brands (Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos) to achieve growth and share of market for the business.

Ms. Erim held a wide range of roles at Pepsico, Inc., including Senior Director, Marketing and Strategy, Global Nutrition Group, of Pepsico AMENA at Pepsico, Inc, covering India, Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa Regions for Quaker and Tropicana.

She has also served as the Walkers Marketing Head, PepsiCo UK and Ireland and also Head of Marketing for PepsiCo Turkey business units.

She has extensive leadership experience across US, Europe and Asia in companies including PepsiCo, SAB Miller, Johnson & Johnson and Colgate Palmolive to drive positive commercial growth and transformation. She has a track record delivering strong business results in both developed and emerging markets as well as pioneering portfolio marketing strategies that enable the expansion of purposeful brands and deliver award winning innovation. Recognized as a passionate role model and mentor fostering diversity and inclusion across multi-cultural teams. Building collaborative key senior stakeholder relationships to achieve buy-in to a consistent strategy and influence decision making.
