Regina Leon

Regina Leon, soprano, voice teacher, vocal coach and music director, was on the voice faculty at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) for eight years where she gave private voice lessons, master classes, coached musical theater students on all styles of repertoire and taught the class, “Singing for Actors.” She sings soprano with the vocal group “Sing We Enchanted.” For the past 9 summers she has been the Lead Instructor for the Pre-College Voice Intensive program at SUNY Purchase. She is a NYSSMA (New York School Music Association) Voice Adjudicator and adjudicates all levels of voice performances at NYSSMA festivals. She serves as Music Director for Briarcliff High School and Middle School productions. In her private voice studio, students of all ages receive vocal technique lessons, song coaching for musical theater, pop and classical repertoire in Italian, French and German, audition preparation and NYSSMA song preparation. Her recordings with the vocal group Amici Cantanti, “In Between,” and “Christmas Present” which she helped to produce, are available for download on all popular digital sites such as iTunes, Amazon mp3 and CD Baby. Regina’s solo repertoire includes classical, opera, musical theater and oratorio and she is a sought-after soprano soloist.
