Dale Robyn Siegel

Dale Robyn Siegel is an attorney and President of Circle Mortgage Corporation with offices in Harrison, New York. She is a graduate of Pace Law School in White Plains and has maintained offices in the county for over 30 years. Dale has an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Finance, both from the University of Hartford in Connecticut.

She is the award-winning author of The New Rules for Mortgages, a popular consumer book for first time homebuyers.  Dale has written or contributed to several college textbooks and teaching manuals in the industry. She has been an adjunct professor at both NYU and Baruch College, teaching licensing classes to real estate professionals in the metropolitan area. She speaks to dozens of professional and consumer groups each year and has been quoted in major publications such as The New York Times, US News & World Report, Business Week, Money Magazine, Smart Money, Better Homes & Gardens, NPR Radio, NBC Nightly News with Chuck Scarborough, and ABC News, Dateline.

As a true lover of the arts, Dale travels the globe seeking out museums from the outdoor living art in Egypt to the Louvre in Paris. She has studied sculpture under such masters as Sang Joon Park and continues to work as a studio artist. As a writer, she is working on a second edition of The New Rules for Mortgages and continues to contribute to various sources as a real estate professional.

She was previously on the board of Emerging Artist Theater Company and combines her professional skills with her love of the arts. Dale is moving into a second career; working in the business side of the arts and exploring both theater and film. As a business owner and attorney in the finance arena, she plans to bring her professional expertise to the forefront. As a long-time business owner in Westchester, she plans to bring her community to The PAC as new audience members.
