Residence Coordinator, Fort Awesome and Outback
Rafael Antonio Gomez is the Residence Coordinator for Fort Awesome and Outback Halls.
Prior to joining the Crossroads at Purchase College, Rafael served on as Graduate Assistant for Civic Learning and Democratic Engagement, for the Department of Community Development, and as a Building Manager for an upperclassmen Residential Hall at The College at Brockport (SUNY Brockport).
Rafael received his Master of Public Administration from The College at Brockport and completed his undergraduate education in Psychology and Communication Studies at SUNY Brockport as well. Rafael areas of interest range from student development, leadership, first generation college students, student of low social-economic backgrounds, social justice, and civic learning.
