Duo is about to get slightly more and a lot less annoying

DUO Multi-Factor Authentication has proven to be one of our strongest tools for combating compromised accounts and phishing attacks. We are excited to announce some upcoming changes to the Duo application that we believe will improve the user experience with the added bonus of enhancing your protection.

Starting next Monday, May 27, the Duo prompt on your phone will now ask you to enter a three-digit code that will be displayed on the screen you’re trying to login from. Simply enter the code into your phone and hit “Verify” and then you will be offered the option to remember this device for up to 14 days without being re-prompted by Duo again. If you are using an authenticator token your experience will not change.
