Fit-Fifty with Julia Furlipa
Fit-fifty is a 50-minute circuit-based fitness class. The workout calls for 2 light weights (laundry detergents or cans of beans work well as weight supplements), as well as a stable chair. The exercises provided work on every major muscle group to ensure students are strengthening each part of their body. Instructor, Julia Furlipa, focuses on educating her participants as well as doing the exercises with them so everyone is motivated to workout to their fullest potential (modifications are provided as well). Julia posts the upcoming workout as well as how to do each exercise on her instagram fitness page furlipa_fitness. In addition, Julia will post all of the workout classes on Athletics’ website through her Youtube channel for any students who cannot join the weekly classes.
