Goals: to explore social, sexual, racial inequalities in Latin America by looking at the case of São Paulo (Brazil). The movie introduces a young, gay, Afro-Brazilian who lives in the margins of one of the largest world metropolitan areas and who dreams to become a famous soccer player as a way to move up socially and succeed in life. The activity aims to discuss the challenges that young people of color face in contemporary Latin American societies.
