Natural and Social Sciences Student Research Symposium
Begun in 1981, the annual Student Symposium provides an opportunity for seniors to present their senior project research to peers, alumni, family, faculty, and members of the community. Seniors in anthropology, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, economics, environmental studies, gender studies, mathematics/computer science, political science, psychology, and sociology give talks or prepare posters on their work. Seniors who participate in the symposium consider it a highlight of their undergraduate experience.
Programs begin and end in NS Lecture Hall - Room 1001; talks and poster sessions will be held throughout the first floors of the NS and SS Buildings.
Sessions begin early and continue throughout the morning; alumni are invited to walk through at your leisure. The closing ceremony begins at 12:45 pm.
