Meditation: Exploring the Mind & Cultivating the Heart

Purchase faculty Matthew Immergut will lead this meditation the 1st Tuesday of each month during the Spring semester.

In this class you will learn practices for calming, opening and clarifying the mind and heart.   All levels of meditation experience welcome, from beginner to advanced.  Matthew Immergut is an Associate Professor of Sociology and a co-author of “The Mind Illuminated: A Complete Meditation Guide Integrating Buddhist Wisdom and Brain Science for Greater Mindfulness.”

Groups will run on 2/6, 3/6 and 4/10.
