Dennis E. Glazer

Dennis E. Glazer practiced law for 31 years at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. At Davis Polk he was head of the Litigation Practice and advised numerous corporate boards on litigation, governance, and merger matters. Now retired from the practice of law, Dennis is active in his community and sits as a Director or Trustee on corporate boards, including BRG Sports and Paraco Gas Corporation, as well as not-for-profit health care institutions such as Lawrence Hospital and NewYork-Presbyterial Hospital. Dennis was appointed Chair of the Purchase College Council by Governor Andrew Cuomo on August 5, 2019.

Dennis and his wife, Janet DiFiore, reside in Bronxville where they raised their three children. They are very active in the lives of their (now adult) children as well as their two young grandchildren (ages five and three).
