As the rapidly changing environment continues to unveil new challenges, strategic enrollment planning offers an opportunity for Purchase College to sharpen its focus, optimize resources, and achieve enrollment goals that support our mission. Guided by our strategic plan and culminating with a plan of action, strategic enrollment planning will focus on key initiatives that intentionally move Purchase toward fulfilling the desired future state that is envisioned in our strategic plan.
Our Strategic Enrollment Planning initiative is led by a working group that will reach out to each vice presidential area and key governance groups to ensure collaboration and role appropriate participation.
