MAXIMIZE YOUR APPLICANTS

The following are tips for having your posting come up in more searches and attracting applicants:

  • Include a descriptive job title.  Ex:  Instead of "Internship" put "Marketing Internship"; instead of "Assistant" put "Assistant to the Director of Development".
  • Select multiple job functions. (Hold the "Control" key down)
  • Include a full job description.  Remember, you can also attach any documents you wish.
  • Include salary (if applicable)
  • Be sure to include as much information as you can in your Profile. (on the top toolbar in Purchase JobScore)  This includes: Overview, Products/Services, Awards, Company Culture, Logo, Key Statistics and more.  See below for more ways to Enhance Your Profile.

Remember, the more information that you include will allow the applicant to know they are applying for a position that matches their skills and qualifications!
