Garden volunteers and interns work hard to carefully plan for the next growing season. We have grown brussels sprouts, leeks, tomatoes, herbs, eggplant, kale, strawberries and much, much more!
About our compost...
The composting program has also expanded. Our dining facilities Terra Ve and the student run Co-op have donated food scraps. We are now looking to begin composting the biodegradable utensils from the dining facilities on campus.
