The Career Development Center is going "green." They have teamed up with the Environmental Studies Program, NYPIRG, and the Environmental Sustainability Office to present a "Green Careers Panel" on Wednesday, February 4, from 5 to 6:30 PM in the Red Room of the Student Services Building. Admission is free.
The aim is to provide an overview from many different perspectives of career opportunities with environmentally responsible companies and agencies for those considering "green careers."
The panelists include: Mark Klein, Assistant Project Manager, NYC Department of Environmental Protection; Armand Lucas, Staff Scientist/Staff Professional, Delta Environmental Consultants; Molly Williams, Admissions, Marketing, and Recruiting Coordinator, Bard Center for Environmental Policy; Stephen Ruff, Director of Programs, Beczak Environmental Education Center; and Taylor Palmer, Grants Coordinator and District Representative, Office of U.S. Representative Nita Lowey.
