Grad School Reps
Many graduate and professional schools seek to further student enrollment by participating in campus events and other related venues that provide exposure.
The following Graduate School preparation events may allow colleges a chance to promote and inform about their academic programs. We welcome a wide range of graduate and professional school representation to our campus!
Grad School Expo & Month
Each year, in November, the Career Development Center hosts an annual Graduate School Expo in the Purchase College Performing Arts Center. We invite graduate school reps to join us to meet our very bright, diverse and talented students seeking to pursue graduate and professional study.
We hope you join us for our annual Grad School Expo on November 15, 2023.
During our Grad School Month, the Career Development Center also offers informative graduate school workshops and events. Students and alumni take advantage of a variety of informative workshops such as So You Want To Go To Grad School, Personal Statement Workshop, and Getting In: Admissions Workshop. We welcome graduate school programs to co-sponsor and present on these and other graduate school planning topics. Contact us for more information.
Campus Visits
Information Tables
A table can be set up during the spring semester in the lobby of Campus Center North, a high-traffic area. This is an informal way for students to meet with you and learn about your graduate school programs. Table availability is on a first-come-first serve basis at no charge. Vendor fees may apply for multiple recruitment visits.
Information Sessions
Graduate school reps have the opportunity to present to groups of students about your school and programs.
Grad School Admissions Prep Workshop
Students appreciate workshops presented by graduate school experts. Share your expertise on a specific topics (personal statements, admissions, interviewing, etc.) providing students with valuable tips and knowledge, while introducing them to your university and programs.

Graduate School Expo Participant Guide
Grad Expo Participants have the opportunity to gain additional exposure in our Grad School Expo Guide and through link link advertisement on Purchase JobScore. The guide is distributed to all attendees and available in the Career Development Center after the Expo. Please see details when you register for the Grad School Expo.
Graduate School Planning Guide
The Career Development Center produces a widely distributed Graduate School Planning Guide. Students and alumni receive this educational resource in graduate school advising appointments, workshops, classes, events, and it is also available in our center and on our website. Students and alumni have come to rely on this resource to help as they explore their graduate school options and navigate the application and admissions process.
Your support allows us to help educate our students and alumni as they prepare for life after college. We invite graduate school programs to contribute their advertisements in this well circulated guide for students
