This survey helps us identify service strengths and areas that need improvement. All survey data is de-identified (separated from your personal information). The anonymous information gathered will be used in our strategic planning process to ensure that our services are closely aligned with your expectations. The results will also enable us to compare our service quality with our peer institutions (within and outside the SUNY system), develop benchmarks, and identify best practices across institutions.
