This ‘Report Accessibility Barriers’ form is for reporting Accessibility issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

If you are an employee requesting a reasonable accommodation, please contact Ricardo Espinales at (914) 251-6086 or email ricardo.espinales@purchase.edu to discuss your request. The College’s Reasonable Accommodation Policy can be viewed on the Human Resources Policies and Procedures page. Human Resources will attempt to contact you as soon as reasonably possible, Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

To report a barrier that impacts many (examples below) and for which you don’t need an accommodation, please complete this form. You may complete this form anonymously.

Your concerns will be addressed Monday – Friday during normal business hours. For emergencies contact the University Police Department at (914) 251-6911.

Please use this form to report any ADA access barriers you encounter, either physical or electronic. Examples include, but are not limited to, an inoperative elevator or wheelchair lift, a bicycle blocking an access ramp, drifting snow, an inaccessible document or website, and inaccessible classroom technologies. The College will attempt remove barriers as quickly as possible.

This form is NOT for reporting problems registering or for requesting assistance with other routine administrative or technical problems. For technical issues, please contact Campus Technology Services by creating a work order. To request support for routine administrative matters, please contact the Enrollment Services office. 

The information provided will be routed to the Accessibility team. A member of the Accessibility team will follow up in as timely a manner as the information provided permits.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive or if you want to invoke another procedure, you may file a complaint under the College’s Nondiscrimination Policy.
