A combination of Slow Restorative Flow and mindfulness meditation. An opportunity to become more connected with the present through mindfulness and yoga.
A slow paced style of yoga in which the postures, or asanas, are held for a slightly longer period of time.
Designed to reconnect the whole-body communication, rebalance the nervous system, rehydrate the connective tissue, and release compression in joints using specialized techniques including soft body rollers and balls.
Vinyasa style with emphasis on strength building
Roots and Wings Yoga Flow
This moderate level vinyasa class connects breath with movement through deep stretches and twists along with balancing and strengthening asanas. Establishing mind and body awareness through mindfulness creates a strong foundation for ourselves. Grounded roots grow harmonious branches and fruits. By digging deep roots mentally and physically, space is created for our own personal growth and expansion.
