The Lighthouse Program
The Wellness Center’s Lighthouse Program wants to create a supportive environment within the campus culture that reinforces the decision to engage in a lifestyle and provide an educational opportunity alongside recovery support to ensure student success.
Lighthouse Program mission statement: Our inclusive community prioritizes creating a safe and welcoming environment for students in or exploring recovery to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyles using intentional resources, support, service, events and companionship.
The Lighthouse Program will be offering weekly virtual support groups and events in the fall 2020. These events are listed on the Wellness Center Events tab.
The Wellness Center staff has also identified some online and virtual resources for support and recovery meetings.
In the Rooms - A free online recovery tool that offers 130 weekly online meetings for those recovering from addiction and related issues that embraces multiple pathways to recovery including all 12 Step and Non-12 Step options.

Online Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings
SAFE Project – SAFE is a national nonprofit working to end the nation’s addiction epidemic
Sex Addicts Anonymous - a tool to help find local virtual meetings
Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART) - SMART Recovery Online’s mutual support meetings are free and open to anyone seeking science-based, self-empowered addiction recovery.
The Phoenix - Recovery Community Organization offering live stream Crossfit, Yoga and Meditation daily every two hours.
We Connect has partnered with Unity Recovery to offer free online support meetings that are open to anyone in recovery!
