The Director of Student Support and Academic Achievement helps students by acting as a liaison between students and the College by responding to student academic or welfare concerns proactively. They assist students by helping them to navigate College processes and by coordinating with the appropriate Campus offices such as: Student Affairs, Community Standards, Disability Resources, Advising, Health Services, Counseling, Title IX, Affirmative Action, Financial Services, Residence Life, and the Registrar.

The director also acts as an impartial advisor in grade disputes and works with faculty and students to come to resolution when issues arise in the classroom. They chair the Academic Integrity Committee and the Academic Review Committee, also supporting students through these processes.
