You’ve landed on the Office for Global Education page, welcome! We work closely with Purchase’s Admissions Office to support international students from their first interest in the College to application to enrollment and finally, arrival. Specifically, our office works with students once they have been admitted to the College.

Purchase College attracts all kinds of students: activists, makers, performers, entrepreneurs, researchers, storytellers, and explorers; there is no “typical Purchase student.” Go to the Academics page to choose an area of study and begin exploring the possibilities.
The Campus Life page is full of information about sleeping, eating, exercising and having fun on campus. Visit the Virtual Visits page to get an actual tour inside buildings and dorm rooms. There are lots of fun clubs and organizations at Purchase, including the International Student Association, a great way to connect with other foreign students on campus.
Finally, check out the Studying in the States website from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security which offers free resources that explain the rules and regulations governing the nonimmigrant student process in the United States.
