Study Away
Study away programs are 2-4 weeks long and can be academic and/or service related.
Students will have the opportunity to gain a new perspective about the world by living and learning alongside peers in a new context beyond the Purchase campus, without necessarily having to leave the US.
Detroit Program
As part of this two-week off-campus course, students will take up residence in vibrant and dynamic Detroit to work in tandem with artists on a project that brings together public art, community organizing, performance and the history of gentrification in America.
Purchase Alternative Service Trips
The Purchase Alternative Service Trip (P.A.S.T.) takes place during an academic break each year and allows participants to immerse themselves in a different culture while performing meaningful community service alongside community members.
