Dylan Paul

Dylan Wolff Paul is a new addition to Purchase’s College Writing program and has been working toward a career in writing and teaching it since his undergrad. Starting at the University of North Texas in Denton, he earned consecutive bachelor’s degrees in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing in 2015 and Media Arts (which he refers to ardently as Media Writing and Analysis) in 2016. Eventually, he made his way across the country to Sarah Lawrence College where he earned his MFA in Speculative Fiction in 2020. Dylan has been tutoring and volunteer teaching since 2014 and believes that everyone has the potential to use writing to engage with any media or as a form of expression. Outside of academia, he spends his time gardening and working on his fiction.
