Dana Ware

Lecturer in Legal Studies

Dana Ware (aka Dana Hall) is a renewable energy attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey, currently serving as General Counsel for Core Development Group, a national solar, storage and EV charging developer. Since 2009, Dana has served a variety of clean energy clients in her boutique solo law practice – in both the solar and hydropower industries. From 2013 to 2017 Dana worked as Deputy Director of the Low Impact Hydropower Institute (LIHI), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to reducing the impacts of hydropower through the certification of low impact hydro projects. Dana previously worked on energy policy matters at the Pace Energy and Climate Center in White Plains, NY, and taught energy policy classes at The Cooper Union School of Continuing Education, Green Building Design Program.

Dana also represents musicians and musical ensembles, providing management and legal support for artists in a rapidly changing industry.
