LaVonda Elam is a Brooklyn based creative artist of theatre & music, an educator, health advocate and an inspired Solopreneur. As an artist she’s had great fortune in working with legendary and notable artists in theater, film & music internationally. In the world of education she’s worked many years devising social justice theater, in various NYC  educational & artistic institutions. She’s quite passionate about using art as a catalyst for healing & transformation. LaVonda is a recipient of the 2015 Black Theater Torchbearer Award.
