David M. Fleisher, Esq. ’75

David Fleisher is an attorney with expertise in commercial and residential real estate development and financing. He is Principal of the Law Office of David M. Fleisher, P.C.

Before going into private practice, Mr. Fleisher worked for the New York State Urban Development Corporation negotiating work-outs and restructurings for a $5 billion portfolio of defaulted loans and at Warshaw Burstein Schlesinger and Kuh where he specialized in commercial real estate development and financing. He has also been an owner/operator of five radio stations during which time he gained experience in the financial and business aspects of radio stations. 

Mr. Fleisher is also a Strategic Advisor to Spencer Partners, LLC, a leading management and investment industry consulting firm.  He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purchase College and a law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
