Liz Rappaport

Visiting Assistant Professor of Journalism

Liz Rappaport is a journalist and editor with two decades of experience in the field. Most recently, she was an editor in the Life & Arts section at The Wall Street Journal. 

More About Me

Prior to that, she was credit markets editor and a reporter covering financial markets and institutions at The Journal. She covered Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and the markets involved in the meltdown of the 2008 financial crisis. She also has covered the financial markets and Wall Street at TheStreet.com and Dow Jones Newswires. She began her career in book publishing at Grove Atlantic Press and also worked as an analyst at Internet research firm, Jupiter Communications. 

Ms. Rappaport graduated from Williams College with a degree in English and has a master’s degree from New York University Graduate School of Journalism & Communications.
