Caitlin Houlihan-Twomey

Interim Director of Student Life

The Interim Director for Student Life oversees the creation and implementation of new student orientation and student involvement programming including all large scale events on campus as well as supporting the development of our campus traditional programs: Pancake Madness, Senior Week, Welcome Week and more. The Director sits on a variety of divisional committees to support student success among our campus community and also serves as a First Year Seminar Instructor. In addition to oversight of our student involvement functions, they also serve as the advisor to the Purchase Student Government Association (PSGA) and assist all clubs, organizations, services, programming, and legislative work within the organization.

A double graduate of Western Connecticut State University, this Hudson Valley (NY) native spent four years at Mount Saint Mary College as the Assistant Director of Student Activities before coming to Purchase College. Prior areas of experience include: large scale programming, student government associations and program boards, greek life, co-curricular programming, and campus traditions. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events (go Giants & Yankees!), trying new restaurants and traveling with her husband.
