Winter Hours
During Winter Vacation while class is not in session, Health Services will be available via health services main phone number and health services email for administrative purposes only.
Winter break (12/12/25 – 1/20/26) schedule:
- Office hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
- From 12/15 – 12/22/25 and 1/6/26 – 1/16/25 – office open for administrative purposes
- From 12/23/24 – 1/3/25 – office open only by phone and email for administrative purposes
- Office closed 12/25/25, 1/1/26 and 1/19/25
- No medical services will be available during winter break
- New prescriptions and refills cannot be obtained during winter break
After that time, regular clinic hours will resume from 8:30am-5:00pm.
