May 2020 Graduating Students: Submit your Student Projects (senior projects, capstone papers, and master’s theses) to the Library via Moodle

Due Dates: The Registrar sets due dates for submitting senior projects, capstone papers, and master’s theses, not the Library. Please consult the Academic Calendar for due dates. If you need to submit your project after the deadline, you must speak with your Reader(s) and/or the Registrar.

Graduating Students:

Directions for submitting your Student Project are available at the Student Projects guide.

If you have specific questions about the submission and approval processes, email the Library at ask@purchase.libanswers.com. Librarians can answer questions regarding the Student Projects submission and approval process.

Detailed information about the submission and approval processes, from both the Student and Reader perspectives, are covered in the Student Projects guide (i.e. senior projects, capstone papers, and masters’ theses).

For questions about how to format your title page, please see the “Format” tab. Please note that these title page guidelines are only suggestions; the Library does not determine the format of student project title pages. Students should check with their First Reader regarding specific formatting requirements.

If your Student Project includes a required Audio / Video component, please consult the “Audio /Video” tab of the Student Projects guide.

Protip: save a copy of your Student Project so that you will have access to it after you’ve graduated!

Drop-in Moodle Workshops via Zoom

We will show you how to invite your faculty Readers, enter your Project Information, save your Project as a PDF, and upload your Final Submission for Reader approval. We can also help you troubleshoot any issues that you may be experiencing.

Drop-in sessions will take place on:

Please RSVP by clicking the dates above.

If you’re unable to attend a session live, you can view the recording of the April 30 session.

Detailed steps for working with Student Projects can be found at the Student Projects guide.
