NPR Training Offers Advice on Starting a Podcast

If you are thinking about starting a podcast, you’ll be interested in Alison MacAdam’s article in which she offers advice and “tips from people at NPR who have created multiple podcasts and closely observed the growth of the podcast industry”.  She says:

• Spend some time thinking about what you want to make and who you’re making it for
• Don’t just throw spaghetti at the wall — be intentional
• Never lose sight of the audience
