Faculty and Staff: Adobe Creative Cloud Updated

Latest on Adobe Creative Cloud 2019

CTS has begun upgrading campus labs to the 2019 releases of Adobe CC (Creative Cloud). Previous versions of Adobe CC applications will be removed and replaced with the 2019 versions.

Faculty and Staff installation of Adobe Creative Cloud 2019:

We are licensed to install the full version of Adobe CC for half of our professional staff and faculty.

When assigning licenses, priority will be given to those with a demonstrable need for the software as part of their professional, teaching, or research obligations.

If you have already been assigned a full Adobe CC license, you will be receiving an additional email confirming the assignment within the week along with instructions for accessing the software.

If you do not receive a follow up email and believe you require the full Adobe CC suite, please submit a work order requesting a license.

Employees who are assigned a license for their college-owned computer may also use the license on a single personally owned computer.

Due to a licensing change from Adobe, the new versions require users to sign in when opening an Adobe CC application on a computer for the first time.

Instructions with screenshots are available further down.

1. At the Adobe sign-in window, enter your purchase.edu email address and select Continue.
