Dear Parents and Families
We’re off to a great start and whether your student is first-year or a senior looking ahead to graduation this spring, rest assured we’re working to make certain the coming year is smooth and successful for all.
Our special slate of Welcome Week activities—actually two weeks—help your students adjust to life on campus. We know that those who attend Welcome Week events are more confident when they start classes because they meet new friends, explore academic and co-curricular opportunities, navigate the campus, and learn about the Purchase community. Encourage your students to check out the list of events.
Mark your calendar for Family Day, Saturday, October 5. Join us for a day full of fun activities for the entire family including a jazz brunch, carnival, tours, and receptions with faculty and staff. Visit the Family Day page for information and to register. We invite parents, siblings, and extended family of Purchase College students to take part.
We look forward to an exciting year packed with opportunities for academic and personal growth. Never hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns. And be sure to bookmark our Parents and Families page as a one-stop resource for important information.
