International Educaion Week Wrap-Up

International Education Week (IEW) is a nationally recognized week, initiated in 2000 by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education, to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. Here at Purchase College, the International Education Week Committee and the Office of International Programs and Services (OIPS) organized various events throughout the week of November 13 – 17, 2017, which included study abroad and exchange opportunities for Purchase students as well as experiences of international students studying here. Highlights of the week include a campus international potluck and presentations by Purchase Faculty who are leading summer study abroad programs to the Czech Republic, France, India, Italy, and Spain.
