WEEKLY DROP-IN GROUPS FOR ONGOING SUPPORT AND SKILLS PRACTICE
Open to all students. Attend once or as many times as you like!
Mondays: Yoga for Mental Health Workshops
with Dr. Lois Wald ~ Monday 10:00 a.m.-11:15 a.m. at the Wellness Center. No experience necessary.
Tuesdays: Anxiety & Self-Compassion Skill Building Workshop
with Angie and Martin ~ Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. in the Counseling Center.
Wednesdays: Trans & Gender Non-Conforming Students Support
with Joe ~ A safe space for Trans and Gender Non-Conforming students to give and receive support, Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m.
Thursdays: Calm Connection
with Joe ~ Want increased peace and ease? Learn mindfulness techniques to help you can connect with yourself and others, even in difficult situations. Drop-in at the Counseling Center Thursday afternoons at 4:00 p.m.
Fridays: Finding Your Voice ~ Expressive Therapy Using Music and Poetry
with Akeera ~ a support group for students using poetry and lyrics to develop self-confidence, improve communication skills, and address identity related issues at the Counseling Center - Fridays 4-5 p.m.
