Scenes on Screen

 

 

Scenes written and directed by students in the Playwriting & Screenwriting BA Writers’ Scene Workshop class are available as a YouTube playlist.

This class teaches the deep anatomy of the scene to writers as well as introducing them to the craft of the director and actor and what they look for in a script.  Students have a wide variety of production backgrounds – often this is their first attempt at making a narrative scene on digital video.  The class stresses process over product.
