Open Classroom Performance: The Purchase College Flute and Percussion Studios

Time

12:30pm  — 1:30pm

Location

Neuberger Museum of Art
Spend an hour in the Neuberger Museum of Art’s galleries celebrating the environment, nature and Earth Week 2018 with music.

As we conclude the celebration of Earth week at Purchase College (April 17-April 23, 2028), the Flute and Percussion Departments in the Purchase College Conservatory of Music are inspired and delighted to share this evocative work about nature and being in the environment with our Purchase community.

Join Associate Professor of Flute, Dr. Tara Helen O’Connor; Assistant Professor of Percussion, Dr. Dominic Donato; and the Purchase Flute and Percussion Studios for a performance of songbirdsongs written by Pulitzer Prize award winning John Luther Adams.

Open Classroom Performances
