Heather Cotter is a professional art educator with an MA in art history and a certificate in museum studies from Boston University and an MEd in art education from Harvard University. She has worked in numerous prestigious art museums, including the Museum of Modern Art; the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston; the National Gallery in Washington, D.C.; and the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Her multilayered teaching approach encourages students to consider art as a visual representation, an emotional expression, and an intellectual investigation.

Beth Susan Gersh-Nesic

Cynthia Russell has a BA from Stanford University and is principal of CrossSector Partners, a management consulting firm providing fund development, operations, and business planning services to nonprofit organizations. She has held senior executive positions in the nonprofit sector and has served as president and CEO of Connecticut Housing Investment Fund. A frequent speaker on nonprofit management, she serves on the Stanford University Clayman Institute for Gender Research board and the Hancock Shaker Village Overseers board.
