Fall 2024


We welcome off-campus guests to attend our performances. 

All seats to Fall Semester 2024 performances are free of charge. Please arrive early!  RSVP links for reservations for each show are typically available two weeks prior to performance opening.  There is no need to print a ticket.  If you RSVP/Reserved and received a confirmation email, your reservation has been recorded and we will be able to identify you by name/date of attendance upon arrival.

Orlando begins life as a young man in the court of Queen Elizabeth. Across four centuries of adventure, he winds up a 20th-century woman trying to make the most of her existence. A theatrical, fantastical trip through space, time, and gender.

Featuring the work of students in the Theatre & Performance program in collaboration with the Theatre Design/Technology program.

This performance also includes The Color of Night, an adaptation of letters between Virginia Woolf and Vita Sackville-West by Rachel Dickstein.

Untitled Devised Piece

A devised piece investigating the idea of “what is it to be an outsider?” This ensemble is enthusiastic to bring the Purchase community together and to be a part of a show that makes them reflect on our common humanity while simultaneously exploring how each person experiences the world differently. A production that encourages its audience to experience personal and unique stories through multiple mediums such as physical theatre, text, projections, and sound.

A dark comedic play written by Stephen Adly Guirgis that explores the life of a recovering addict and his struggles with love, betrayal, and redemption. As the play delves into themes of loyalty and self-discovery we search for the answer for the one question we want to know. Who’s the Motherfucker with the hat?
