Jake Brush ’16 is an artist working in video, performance, sculpture, and installation.

Brush’s videos layer animations, live performances, and staged actions.

In 2023, Brush exhibited a multimedia installation at NYC’s  The Shed, described as “a video and sculptural installation reimagining a Long Island TV show.” Visit The Shed to learn more.

Brush has participated in residency programs at Signal Culture (Oswego, NY), Shandaken: Storm King (New Windsor, NY), Wave Hill Winter Workspace (Bronx, NY), and the Institute for Electronic Arts (Alfred, NY) and has shown work at Five Myles Gallery (Brooklyn, NY). Brush is based in Brooklyn, NY.
