Rachael Pazdan ’12

Rachael Pazdan ’12 is a seasoned event producer, arts presenter, and music booking expert with over 12 years of extensive experience in New York City and internationally.


In 2022, as a senior manager for events for Rolling Stone, Pazdan organized and produced signature events taking place that year, including:

  • Rolling Stone Live Los Angeles, Super Bowl
  • Rolling Stone x Twitch Live at SXSW
  • Rolling Stone x SHE Media Present: Change Makers, SXSW
  • Rolling Stone Creators House, in partnership with Meta, SXSW
  • Rolling Stone Live Palm Springs, in partnership with Meta, Coachella
  • Rolling Stone Presents: The Creators Issue, in partnership with Meta, Beverly Hills

She has been entrusted with curating musical talent for some of New York City’s most renowned venues, which include Public Records, Le Poisson Rouge, The Bell House, Summer Series at Industry City, and The Manhattan Inn.

Her track record spans creative direction and management of a diverse array of events ranging from large-scale to intimate, encompassing concerts, experiential brand activations, festivals, and conferences. 


Pazdan is also the director of creative production for AdHoc Projects, a creative agency born from AdHoc Presents, a Brooklyn-based concert promoter and publication. 

Recent clients include Adult Swim, Stereogum, Bryant Park, MUBI, Freelancers Union, & Joy to the Polls.

Pazdan cites as a professional highlight, creating a plexiglass stage that stretched over a pool at the mansion where they shot The Godfather and programming Anderson .Paak to perform on it.
