Lucia Rogerson

Lucia Rogerson is an actor born and raised in New York City.

Lucia has been performing in her living room for her parents since before she can remember and onstage for an audience since she was six years old. From elementary school through high school, Lucia has followed her passion for the arts; taking acting and dance classes, performing in plays and musicals, and studying as many things as she could from Shakespeare to Lecoq. Additionally, having two parents who were both actors, and immersing herself in the theatre community of NYC has shaped her view on how acting and artistic creativity can foster joy, connection, and growth.

These past four years in Purchase’s Conservatory have given her an incredibly strong foundation and tool kit with which to approach character and story. Lucia’s varied credits at Purchase include Emily in Heroes of the Fourth Turning, Young Lucius in Titus Andronicus, and Eva Temple in Orpheus Descending. Heroes of the Fourth Turning
