More About Me
Nicole Smolenski is the Education Abroad Coordinator at Purchase College.
She received her Honors BS in Mathematics at Adelphi University, her MA in Mathematics Education at Teachers College, Columbia University and her Graduate Certificate in International Education at Florence University of the Arts. She has a published work on 19th century Italian mathematician Raffaele Rubini.
She has lived, worked and studied in Florence, Italy for 1.5 years, having studied there in both 2011 and 2020. From studying abroad there as an undergraduate student, her passion for international travel was ignited, having traveled most of Western Europe, Morocco, Egypt, Turkey and Poland.
